We’re celebrating with duck—five bold courses, packed with flavour, crafted by Martin Boetz. From turmeric crackers to duck egg caramel custard, every dish is made to share and made to impress.

Turmeric cracker with crispy duck, green guava and chilli jam

Hot and sour duck salad with mint, coriander, cucumber and roasted rice
Spiced crispy duck with blood plum sauce and Szechuan pepper
Stir-fried snow peas and Siamese watercress
