RESERVATION POLICY

At Short Grain, we are committed to providing an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. To accommodate a smooth flow of reservations and ensure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy our offerings, we have implemented a reservation time policy:

  • For Groups of 3 and Under: Tables are reserved for 1 hour and 45 minutes. This allows ample time to savor our culinary delights while respecting the schedules of our fellow patrons.
  • For Groups of 4 or More: Tables are reserved for 2 hours, providing additional time for larger parties to relax and relish their meals.

We kindly request that all guests honor these reservation time limits. This helps us ensure a seamless dining experience and allows us to accommodate other patrons joining us later in the evening.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, to ensure fairness to all our guests and to manage our resources effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time will not incur any charges.

2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time will result in a charge of $50 per person to the card supplied at the time of booking.

3. In the case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the same charge of $50 per person will be applied to the card supplied at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation requests must be made directly through our reservation system or by contacting us via phone.

**Please be aware bookings on a Sunday will incur a 15% Sunday Service Surcharge**
