Marty is taking Short Grain on the road for one night, joining forces with The Fifty Six at Naldham House for a rare collaboration dinner on Tuesday 13 October 2026.

Marty and Fifty Six chef Gerald Ong bring their two kitchens together over a generous sharing style menu, bold Southeast Asian flavours meeting refined technique with a distinctly playful spirit.

The menu

Oysters with two dressings, Short Grain's green chilli nahm jim and The Fifty Six's pink ginger mignonette. Teasmoked quail egg, cucumber, avruga caviar. Raw scallop, rice cracker, tom kha dressing, chilli jam.

Starters: masterstock cold cut wagyu beef with hot and sour wingbean salad. Drunken whitecut chicken, somtham, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp.

Mains: dry aged roast duck, red curry, siamese watercress. Stir fried asparagus, crackling pork belly, black bean. Fragrant jasmine rice.

Dessert: jackfruit with palm sugar caramel custard.
